We ran the
trucks before
we ran the
software.
Callout is three service-business operators who scaled our own company with AI — Fortune checked the books — and now build the same system for trades across Canada. An agent that answers your phone. Software you own instead of rent. Marketing that fills it. One system, one partner on your account.
One system. Three parts. Three offers with teeth.
Every offer is priced in public, financed at 0%, and reversible. If it doesn’t pay for itself in your business, we say so on the first call.
Answers every call and text, quotes from your price book, books to your calendar, chases the quiet ones.
Your CRM, dispatch, quoting and invoicing, built around how you actually work — instead of renting a template forever.
Hand-coded sites, local SEO, flat-fee Google and Meta ads — pointed at a system that can finally catch what they bring in.
Four rules we don’t bend.
You own files, accounts, data and domain from day one — even if you stop paying. Built after a host threatened to pull Rick’s site over a declined $99 payment.
Flat fees. Your ad budget goes to the platform, not through us. We don’t earn more when you spend more — so we can tell you to spend less.
One of the three of us, every time. Not a coordinator, not a ticket queue, not offshore. If you can’t get a straight answer from the person doing the work, something’s wrong.
Most owners don’t need a bigger marketing machine. They need their workload cut in half. If the system won’t pay for itself, we’ll tell you on the first call.
“He marked the job complete on his phone. The agent invoiced her. He was paid before he left the driveway.”
Answering is table stakes. Quoting and booking is the job.
Every answering service and most AI receptionists take a message. That job still leaks — someone has to call back, quote, and chase. Ours closes the loop, on your number, in your voice, from your price book.
Book fifteen minutes and we run a live call against your services and your pricing. You’ll know inside the call.
Stop renting the software your business runs on. Own it.
Every field-service platform charges per seat, per month, forever — and you bend your workflow to fit theirs. We build around your jobs, quotes, crews and invoices, finance it at 0%, and stay on retainer to keep changing it. Yours from day one.
Demand, pointed at a system that can catch it.
We don’t sell traffic to a business that can’t answer the phone. Once the system’s in, this is the multiplier — priced flat, no percentage of your spend, no twelve-month lock-in.
Hand-coded, fast, tracked. Nothing ships under 80 on RankMath.
Weekly content, weekly rank tracking, monthly technical sessions, report on the 1st.
Your spend goes to the platform. We take 0% of it, at any budget.

Rick’s own cleaning company, Echo Janitorial. Not by grinding harder — by putting an AI agent on the phone, automating intake and follow-up, and cutting the busywork. Fortune reviewed the records.
We don’t sell what we don’t run.
Every partner has run a service business. Every tool on this page is one we use in our own companies — including Engine, the software we built to run Callout itself instead of renting someone else’s. That’s why the demo works on your business, not a slide deck.
Three operators. No account managers.
What operators ask before they say yes.
Where do I start?
The diagnostic. Fifteen minutes with a partner, we look at where work is leaking — missed calls, slow quotes, the software fighting you, or nobody finding you — and tell you what to fix first. Usually it’s the phone. Sometimes it’s nothing, and we say so.
I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro. Why would I switch?
You might not need to — if it fits and the seat bill doesn’t sting, stay. Most people who call us have hit one of two walls: paying for ten seats and using six, or there’s a thing their business does that no template will. A custom build fixes both, and you own it.
Does the agent sound like a robot?
Text it and decide. It’s trained on your services and your way of talking, and you approve the voice on real test calls before it goes live.
Is any of this under contract?
No. The agent and SEO are month-to-month. Software is financed over three or six months and then it’s yours. Ads are flat monthly, cancel any time. We keep clients by being good, not by locking the door.
Do I need the marketing too?
Not first. Get the agent and the system in so the jobs you already get stop leaking — then turn the taps on. Selling you ads before you can answer the phone is how the last agency burned you.
Tell us what you’re running.
Fifteen minutes. We map where work is leaking, what to fix first, what it costs and how fast it goes live. If we’re not the fix, we’ll say so.
