It started with friends. They'd tried agency after agency with nothing to show for it, so Rick started running their marketing himself. The ads worked, and that showed us the real problem. Leads were coming in, and the owners couldn't keep up.

So we built what sits behind the marketing. AI agents that answer and book, software built around how you work, and automation for the jobs you do over and over. What we really sell is time.

There are three of us, and we've each built something from nothing. Rick was adopted at five and grew up in Pouce Coupe, up by Dawson Creek. He left school in grade 11 to pay his own rent.

He drove packages for Greyhound, knocked doors for Vivint, sold newspaper ads, and ran pest control routes for Orkin. His first cleaning company didn't make it. The second one, Echo Janitorial, he started with his best friend Adrian.

And when the admin started burying him, he built AI to run it. Echo went from $242,000 to just under a million in a year, and Fortune checked the books before they wrote about it. He still cleans four or five nights a week, by choice.

Simon was born in Eritrea, and grew up in Uganda and Germany. He landed in Toronto with no job, and his mind set on building something that mattered.

He taught himself digital marketing from scratch, and ran Meta ads for laser clinics and dental offices until he'd proven he could deliver. His best campaign got a concrete cutter 18 leads in 7 days, on $10 a day. Today he runs our ads and content.

Marcos started a window washing company to get himself through UBC. He turned a short school bus into a tiny home with no build experience, spent eight months on the road in it through the States and Mexico, and now rents it out.

He went on to a master's in public policy, and in July, he was in Geneva for the first United Nations dialogue on AI governance. So when we put AI in your business, he's the one asking where your data lives, and who gets to see it.
