Three services, priced in public, no percentage of your ad spend, no twelve-month lock-in. We don’t sell traffic to a business that can’t answer the phone — but once the system’s in, this is the multiplier.

The long version

How we run marketing for service businesses, and why the order matters

Most marketing agencies sell traffic first and ask questions later. We do the opposite, because we have run the trucks. A landscaper who cannot answer the phone at 2 pm does not need more phone calls at 2 pm; he needs the ones he already gets to stop leaking. So our marketing sits on top of the system: the AI Sales Agent answers, the software runs the job, and only then do we turn the taps on. When we do, the marketing is priced flat, in public, with no percentage of your ad spend and no twelve-month lock-in.

Three marketing services, one operator

Marketing at Callout is three things and only three things. Websites: hand-coded, fast, tracked, from $999 for a single page, and you own the files on launch day. Local SEO: weekly content, weekly rank tracking, monthly technical work and a report on the first of every month, from $299 a month with no contract. Paid ads: Google at $400 a month, Meta at $500, both for $750, flat, with your spend going straight to the platform. One partner runs all three for your account, so the site, the search and the ads are built to feed each other instead of three vendors pointing fingers.

Why flat fees change the advice you get

An agency paid a percentage of your ad spend earns more when you spend more, which is why they never tell you to spend less. Our marketing fees do not move with your budget. That means we can tell a fencing company to run $10 a day on Meta if that is what the market needs, and we have: eighteen qualified leads in seven days for a concrete cutter on exactly that budget. It also means the report you get on the first of the month is about results, not about how much of your money we managed to move.

What “tracked” marketing actually means

Nothing ships without the Meta Pixel, GA4 and Search Console live and verified, and no ad runs until conversion tracking is proven on a test lead. You will know which channel produced which call, which call became a job, and what that job was worth. Marketing that cannot be measured is a donation, and we do not ask clients to donate.

Where to start with marketing

  • No website, or a slow one: start with a site. Ads pointed at a page that loads in six seconds waste half the budget before anyone reads a word.
  • Good site, nobody finding it: start with local SEO and the Google Business Profile. It compounds, and it is the cheapest lead you will ever buy.
  • Need jobs this month: start with Meta ads, because Meta creates demand where Google only captures it, and layer Google Search in once you know your numbers.
  • Not sure: take the free two-minute audit. We run your business through Engine and text you the report, whether you hire us or not.

Who we do this for

Trades and local service businesses across Canada: landscaping, fencing, cleaning, painting, pest control, plumbing, HVAC, accounting and home care, from Victoria to Oshawa. The marketing is the same in every market; only the price book and the photos change. If you want the detail on any one service, the three pages linked above break down exactly what is included, what is not, and what it costs. Google’s own guidance on Business Profile ranking is a good read before the audit; it is the basis of most of what local SEO does.

What marketing is not, here

It is not a retainer for “brand awareness” with nothing to count. It is not a twelve-month contract you find out about on the way out. It is not a junior account manager between you and the person doing the work, and it is not a reseller margin on your ad spend. Every marketing engagement we run has a partner on it, a number attached to it, and a report on the first of the month whether you ask for it or not. If a month’s marketing did not pay for itself, we would rather tell you why than send another invoice, and because nothing here is under contract, you can act on that the same day.

The businesses that get the most out of this are the ones that fix the phone first. Turn on the AI Sales Agent, or at least make sure every call is answered, then let the marketing do its job. That order is the whole method, and it is why the first thing we sell almost anyone is a fifteen-minute diagnostic rather than a campaign.

A note on timing

Websites go live in fourteen days for a five-page build. SEO starts showing movement in weeks four to eight and compounds from there, with the DA-40 authority sprint landing by day 61 on the Momentum plan. Ads produce their first leads inside the first week once tracking is verified, and we spend the second and third weeks cutting whatever is not converting. Marketing is a system, and systems take a few weeks to tune; but every one of those weeks is reported, and none of them is under contract.
