The partners

Three operators. No account managers.

One of us is on your account. Each has their own page, click through and you’ll see exactly who you’re getting.

The team

The Callout Digital team is three owners.

There is no bigger team behind them. The three partners sell the work, build it and run the accounts themselves, from Canada, coast to coast, with everything delivered remotely.

Rick Chorney, Callout Digital team

Rick Chorney

Software & Product

Knocked doors on straight commission, worked a dealership service department, ran pest control routes, then built his own cleaning company and scaled it with AI. Featured in Fortune, March 2026.

Marcos Avina, Callout Digital team

Marcos Avina

Sales & Operations

Started a window washing company through his UBC degree, then a master’s in public policy and delegate seats at the G20 and World Bank youth summits. The first call you’ll take.

Simon Tesfalem, Callout Digital team

Simon Tesfalem

Growth & Media

Born in Eritrea, raised across Uganda and Germany, arrived in Toronto with no roadmap and taught himself paid acquisition from scratch. Eighteen leads in seven days on ten dollars a day.

Who does what

How the team splits the work.

Whoever you first talk to stays on your account. There are no account managers and no hand offs to a junior.

Sales and operations

Marcos Avina

First contact on almost every account: sales, scoping and the fifteen minute diagnostic itself.

Software and product

Rick Chorney

Anything about software, the AI Sales Agent, or a site that is misbehaving. His own company, Echo Janitorial, was featured in Fortune in March 2026.

Growth and media

Simon Tesfalem

Ads and results. He is the reason a concrete cutter got eighteen qualified leads in seven days on ten dollars a day.

Working with the team

What happens after you reach out.

Within the hour

A text from a partner

A partner confirms your slot or asks one or two questions. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific.

Before the call

We do the homework

We look at your site, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your competitors, so the fifteen minutes are spent on your business, not on us.

After the call

A written summary

By text or email. If you want to go ahead, the agreement is sent from Engine for you to sign on your phone.

How we work

Four rules we don’t bend.

No hostages

You own files, accounts, data and domain from day one, even if you stop paying. Built after a host threatened to pull Rick’s site over a declined $99 payment.

0% of your spend

Flat fees. Your ad budget goes to the platform, not through us. We don’t earn more when you spend more.

A partner on the account

One of the three of us, every time. Not a coordinator, not a ticket queue, not offshore.

We say no

If the system won’t pay for itself in your business, we’ll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Questions about the team.

Who will I talk to first?

Usually Marcos. He takes the first contact on almost every account and will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.

Will I get handed to an account manager?

No. One of the three partners is on your account every time. Not a coordinator, not a ticket queue, not offshore.

What happens if I call after hours?

The AI Sales Agent answers our line, the same one we sell, and a partner follows up the next morning.

Where is the team based?

Canada, coast to coast, with everything delivered remotely. The registered office is in Abbotsford, BC.

No pitch

Talk to one of us.

Not a form that lands in a queue, fifteen minutes with a partner who has run the kind of business you’re running.
