Built, launched,
returning revenue.
Pest control, janitorial, fencing, seasonal, painting, accounting, home care — across BC, Alberta and Ontario. Every number here came from a real account, and every client here said yes to being named.
On this page

AI agent, custom field app, Meta ads. First-month revenue from about $2K to over $10K; now 3–6 local leads a day on under $1K of spend.

Our own company, and the reason any of this exists. $242K to a projected $1.3M by automating the busywork. Fortune verified the records.

A brand-new business taken from nothing to a full presence — site built, Google Business Profile set up, search campaigns live, in one launch.
Monthly SEO alongside two search campaigns, built around the clients they actually want rather than the ones who just need a tax return filed.
A long-running content program — the kind of steady publishing that compounds instead of spiking.
Meta lead generation and a site built around how the business actually quotes.
How we write case studies, and what each of these actually involved
Case studies on agency websites are usually a logo wall and a percentage with no denominator. Ours are written the way we would want to read them if we were the buyer: what the business looked like before, what we built, what changed, and what it cost to run. Every client on this page said yes to being named. Where a number is specific it came from the account, and where a client asked us to keep a number private we kept it private and said so.
Drew’s Seasonal Services, Grande Prairie
The fullest of the case studies, because Drew took all three parts of the system. A one-truck seasonal operator was paying about a thousand a month for junk leads from cities hours away, taking calls while he was on a machine, and sending quotes at night. We consolidated his ads to one provider and rebuilt the campaigns around his real service area, put the AI Sales Agent on his line, and built a custom field app that invoices the moment he marks a job complete. First-month revenue went from about $2K to over $10K, and he now sees three to six local leads a day on under $1K of total monthly spend. The full write-up is here.
Echo Janitorial, Abbotsford
Rick’s own commercial cleaning company, and the reason Callout exists. Echo is the one of these case studies where we had full control and full accountability: an AI agent on the phone, automated intake and follow-up, and the busywork cut out of the day. Revenue went from $242K toward a projected $1.3M, and Fortune independently reviewed the records for a March 2026 feature. Everything we sell was run on Echo first.
Place of Peace Services, Victoria
A brand-new painting and home care business with nothing online. We built the site, set up the Google Business Profile, and launched Google Search campaigns in one push so the business had a full presence from day one rather than a website waiting for traffic. It is the cleanest example among our case studies of the launch sequence we recommend to anyone starting from zero. See placeofpeaceservices.ca.
YBL Accounting, Oshawa: the SEO case study
Monthly SEO on the Momentum plan alongside two Google Search campaigns, built around the clients the firm actually wants rather than everyone who needs a tax return filed. Weekly content, weekly rank tracking, monthly technical work and a report on the first, re-earned every thirty days with no contract.
Summit Pest Control: a content case study
A long-running content program: the kind of steady, weekly publishing that compounds instead of spiking. Pest control is a seasonal, question-driven search market, and the case studies that work in it are the boring ones, where the same habit is kept for months.
Strong Edge Fencing, Fraser Valley: a Meta lead-gen case study
Meta lead generation plus a site built around how the business actually quotes: by the linear foot, with the options a homeowner really chooses between. Ads that speak to the homeowner’s problem and a site that can take the quote request are the whole play in fencing.
What all six case studies have in common
- The phone was fixed first, or at the same time as the marketing, never after
- Prices were public and flat; nobody paid a percentage of their ad spend
- The client owns the site files, the ad accounts, the data and, where we built one, the software
- A partner ran the account, and the same partner still does
- Nothing is under contract, so every result on this page was re-earned month by month
What case studies like these look like for your business
It starts with fifteen minutes. We look at where work is leaking, tell you what to fix first, and give you the price and the timeline. Most owners start with the AI Sales Agent because it pays back fastest; some start with a site or with ads because that is where the leak is. Six months later, if the numbers are good and you are willing to be named, you are on this page too.
Reading case studies critically
A few questions worth asking of any agency’s case studies, including ours. Is the client named, and did they agree to it? Is there a before as well as an after? Does the number have a denominator, and a time period? Was the result re-earned month by month, or locked in by a contract? Who ran the account, and are they still there? We wrote this page to answer all five for every client on it, and if one of our case studies ever cannot answer one of them, we take it down rather than round it up.
Case studies also age. A result from a launch month is not the same as a result in year two, so where a client is still with us we update the figure on the first of the month along with their report, and where they have moved on we say when the numbers were last true.
Trades and towns we have worked in
Landscaping and seasonal services in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Commercial janitorial in Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley. Painting and home care in Victoria. Accounting in Oshawa, Ontario. Pest control and fencing in the Fraser Valley. Concrete cutting, laser clinics and dental practices on the media side before Callout existed. The through-line in these case studies is not the trade; it is a small, owner-run business where the phone, the software and the marketing were three separate problems until they became one system. If yours is one of those businesses, in any province, the fifteen-minute diagnostic is where the next of these case studies starts.

All three parts of the system, one operator, one truck. Paid before he leaves the driveway.
No percentages without denominators. If we cannot show the number, we say so.
